Form Teacher: Miss Crawley
Teaching Assistants: Mrs Stanley & Mrs Yates
Some of our Year 11s stayed in school during Lockdown whilst others worked from home, but it’s good to be all back together now and working hard on coursework. As well as GCSEs, we are working towards Functional Skills exams. Some pupils have already passed Level 1 Functional Skills Maths and Level 1 Functional Skills English, which is a great achievement.
The Year 11s are also applying for college places. We would normally be visiting colleges and local employers at this time, but with the current restrictions we are only able to go on virtual tours. We did manage to visit Hugh Baird College before Christmas and some pupils have applied to study there in September.
We’re looking to the future and feeling optimistic!
