Why is Breakfast important?
Breakfast is indeed a very important meal. A good breakfast fuels you up and gets you ready for the day. In general, children and teenagers who eat breakfast have more energy, do better in school, and eat healthier throughout the day. Without breakfast, people can get irritable, restless, and tired. So make time for breakfast — for you and your children!
Some of our pupils and students like to have breakfast at home but for some, this is just too early. We know the importance of having breakfast, so at Newfield School our cooks come in early to prepare breakfast for all our pupils. This breakfast is FREE of charge for all pupils and is loved by everyone.
Thank you to our cooks and well done to our pupils for eating healthily and helping you to be ready to learn.
